Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and naga89 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using naga89, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, place Bets, or use any service on naga89. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed, and any funds or winnings will be forfeited.
naga89 is designed for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during use of the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of naga89 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited in your location, you must not register or use the Platform.
To use naga89, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and bank account information. You may register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false information will be closed, and any associated funds or winnings will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify naga89 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to protect your credentials.
naga89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) only. We do not accept international wire transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrencies at this time.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and is displayed during the deposit process. naga89 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are confirmed instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays until the next business day.
You may request a Withdrawal from your Account balance at any time, provided:
Withdrawals to verified Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 15 minutes during WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Friday). Withdrawals requested outside these hours are processed on the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours. naga89 does not charge withdrawal fees.
Standard Accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day. VIP Accounts may withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per day. Higher limits may be granted upon request and at our discretion.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Notice: naga89 complies with international anti-money-laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents, delay or reject Withdrawals, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Deposits must be wagered at least once before Withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer service.

All documents must be in color and show all four corners of the document. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 7 days of a Withdrawal request may have their Withdrawal denied and Account suspended.
naga89 reserves the right to request additional verification documents or conduct enhanced due diligence at any time, particularly for large Withdrawals, high-volume betting activity, or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide requested documents may result in Account suspension and Withdrawal refusal.
naga89 may offer Bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any Bonus.
Most Bonuses require you to wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you may withdraw Bonus-related winnings. For example, a Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Bets totaling 10 times the Bonus amount before Withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by Bonus type and are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
naga89 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward Bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include:

Bets are settled based on the official results of the relevant sporting event, game, or market as determined by naga89. In the event of a dispute, naga89's decision is final. For sports Bets, official league or governing body results are used. For casino games and slots, results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and cannot be disputed.
A Bet may be voided (cancelled and stake refunded) if:
Maximum winnings per Bet vary by sport, market, and Account status. Standard maximum payout per single Bet is Rp 500,000,000. Mix parlay (accumulator) Bets may have lower maximum payouts. VIP Accounts may negotiate higher limits. naga89 reserves the right to limit winnings on Bets placed at obviously incorrect odds or on markets affected by technical errors.

You may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality check reminders through your Account settings. You may also request temporary Account suspension (cooling-off period) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
naga89 strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or error-free. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions in service, whether caused by maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
naga89 provides betting markets, live scores, and statistics sourced from third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for errors or delays in third-party data. Bets are settled based on official results, not on data displayed on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, naga89's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your Account during the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance, provided you have met all wagering requirements and your Account is in good standing. Voluntary closures are typically processed within 24 hours.
naga89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if:
In the event of involuntary closure, we may, at our sole discretion, refund your deposited balance minus any Bonuses, winnings derived from Bonus abuse, or funds involved in prohibited activity.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a Bet, or any aspect of the Platform, you must first contact our customer support team. We will investigate your complaint and provide a response within 7 business days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management team. Escalated complaints are reviewed by an independent manager and a final decision is issued within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law. Arbitration shall take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, and shall be conducted in English or Bahasa Indonesia, at the mutual agreement of the parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which naga89 is licensed and operated. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. By using naga89, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum.
naga89 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of naga89 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

You may not assign or transfer your Account or any rights under these Terms to any third party. naga89 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without your consent, provided such assignment does not materially affect your rights.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and naga89 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
